COROLLO CON L'OLIO

I am publishing this recipes in honour of Giulietta. She gave it to me many years ago.




Ingredients:
3 eggs
300 gr (10 Oz)  flour
300 gr ( 10 Oz) sugar
1/8 ( ½ cup) liter olive oil
¼ (1 cup)  liter milk
1 grated lemon zest
1 baking powder envelope

Beat up the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Add the olive oil, the milk, the sifted flour, the lemon zest and, at the end, the baking powder.
Bake at 170° for 1 hour.
