Since John came the first time for a weekly course in 2009, he has been keeping on coming to GiglioCooking any time he is in Florence. Yes! because John has the fortune to share his life between USA and Italy and to travel a lot. He loves Italy, and Florence. I am sure he says the truth, as it happens he shows up at the door of GiglioCooking pretty often. One of these times he came with two girl friends, Ann and Sheila. Then Ann came another time and another one. Last time was a few days ago, when, at my exclamation: - What a surprise! -, she answered :
- It's a tradition! -
They made a menu based on seasonal produce: negus grass, fresh broad beans, fresh peas, asparagus, strawberries, fresh Pecorino cheese, veal.
