LIFE DOES NOT GO AT RANDOM

... AND COINCIDENCES ARE NOT "INCIDENTAL CASES", BUT THEY ACTUALLY EXIST: RELATED THINGS HAPPENING IN THE SAME MOMENT.

MICHAEL, STEFANIE AND I COOKED WHILE TALKING OF OUR RESPECTIVE "COINCIDENCES", SHARING FOODS AND EMOTIONAL MOMENTS.

STEFANIE WHILE  CHOPPING: MICHAEL SAYS THAT, THOUGH SHE IS 100% JAPANESE, HER FOOD PREFERENCES ARE NOT JAPANESE AT ALL. BUT SHE HAS A JAPANESE STYLE OF HOLDING THE KNIFE: DON'T YOU THINK?

MICHALE LAUGHING WHILE ROLLING "HAZELNUT PASTA"

THE FOOD WAS GREAT, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THE DISHES WERE PAIRED WITH WINES. THIS IS A PIGEON, BONED AND STUFFED, COOKED IN WINE AND HONEY, WHICH IS ONE OF THE FOUR DISHES WE COOKED.
BUT THE CONVERSATION WAS EVEN BETTER. I WOULD SAY: SUPERLATIVE.
WHO KNOWS? IT MIGHT TURN OUT THAT THE COOKING CLASS OF MICHAEL AND STEFANIE AT GIGLIOCOOKING WAS NOT JUST AN "INCIDENTAL CASE"
