ADVANCED AMERICAN PASTRY



The pastry chefs  Francesco O’Connell and  Flavio Fiorini will be at GiglioCooking in November, after their presence at the fair  “Dolcemente Pisa”.
In the two days of the course, there will tough layered cakes using different doughs, creams, glazes, all from scratch.



The lessons will take place at GiglioCooking, via del Ghirlandaio 6 b, Florence
Sunday 16th and Sunday 17th ,November , 10:00 am through 01:00 pm
The price of the course is 100 euro.
The course cannot take place with less than 8 participants
