May 5th, at 6:00 pm: Special lesson: Riso nero ( Risotto with black ink sauce); Branzino with vegetables; Strawberry tart

9 Maggio, ore 18:00: Lezione sulle Paste Frolle con Antonella La Macchia

10 Maggio , ore 16:00: Corso di Cucina per bambini con Antonella La Macchia:
gnocchi con ragù di verdurine, polpette ed un goloso dessert con panna, fragole e meringhe.
