A full immersion into the food world in Florence: the morning is
dedicated to the discovery of the Central Market, where to buy some ingredients needed for the following cooking
class.
Then
we’ll all move to the Palazzo Aldobrandini, in Piazza Madonna degli
Aldobrandini.
The Palace is
located in the area of San Lorenzo, the same of the market, right behind the De’
Medici Chapels.
The palace was
built in the XVI century and belonged to the Pope
Clemente VIII, Ippolito Aldobrandini.
The recommendation is a Renaissance Menu, as we would
find ourselves in the hearth of Florence.
Ravioli Spinaci e ricotta
Chicken with prunes
Apple and Pear Pie with Rose frosting
The whole event lasts since 9:00 am through 2:00 pm
and is doable with a group of ten people minimum and 15 max.
