PROFESSIONAL PASTRY AND BAKERY PROGRAM
The lessons will take place on Tuesday through Thursdays at 06:00 to 09:00 pm.
The teacher is Chef Giovanni Stecca.
The program is divided in three parts.

November 30th, Monday, 6:00 -9:00 pm : Short breads
December 1st, Tuesday, 6:00 -9:00 pm (dough) with whipped butter
December 3rd, Wednesday, 6:00 -9:00 pm : Sweet risen dough
December 4th, Thursday 6:00 - 9:00 pm: Savory risen dough
December 7th, Monday, 6:00 -9:00 pm Puff Pastry
December 8th, Tuesday, 6:00 -9:00 pm (dough) with whipped eggs
December 9th, Wednesday, 6:00 -9:00 pm Pastry Cream
December 10th, Thursday 6:00 - 9:00 pm Patè a choux
December 14th, Monday, 6:00 -9:00 pm iscuit (double whipped)
December 15th, Tuesday, 2:00 -5:00 pm English Cream
December 16th, Wednesday, 6:00 -9:00 pm Bavarians, Mousses, Creamy sweets
December 17th, Thursday 6:00 - 9:00 pm Chocolate
