RED AND RAW


 WE TOOK THEM BACK FROM  SANTA MARGHERITA LIGURE



WHERE THEY HAD BEEN UN-LOADED FROM THE FISHING BOATS FIVE MINUTES BEFORE.


AFTER HAVING MARINATED THEM , IN LEMON JUICE THE BIG RED ONES AND IN STRAWBERRY JUICE THE PINK SMALL ONES.......


WE DRESSED THEM WITH JUST A DRIZZLING OF HOME MADE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, AND....


.....THE SWEETNESS OF THE SEA CAME INTO OUR MOUTH.
