November 26th,  Sunday  10:00 am - 01:00 pm: Savory risen dough

2° PART:

November 30th,, Thursday 6:00 -9:00 pm Puff Pastry
December 1st,,  Friday,  6:00 -9:00 pm (dough) with whipped eggs
December 2nd,, Saturday, 6:00 -9:00 pm Pastry Cream
December 3rd, Sunday 10:00 am - 01:00 pm:  Patè a choux

3° PART:

December 7th, Thursday 6:00 -9:00 pm biscuit (double whipped)
December 8th,,  10:00 am - 01:00 pm English Cream
December 9th, Saturday, 6:00 -9:00 pm Bavarians, Mousses, Creamy sweets
