ITALIAN CUISINE THROUGH TIME & SPACE
A formative course composed by 20 lessons, 3 1/2 hours each, mostly hands on, where all kinds of foods are studied and cooked: pasta/(s), meats ( pork, lamb, pigeon, chicken, beef...), fish ( sword fish, tuna, shrimp, lobster....), vegetables and sweets.
