After "Taste of Summer":
... inevitable here it comes the taste of Fall.
Ingredients of this seasonal flavor are:
- The New Red Wine, fresh and still crispy, slightly sweet.
- The first Chestnuts: brown, shiny, firm...
- A good fire: outside, if the weather is still warm. Or the fireplace of the dining room. .... Just wait for embers: this one is too strong
Here they are, the chestnuts transformed in Caldarroste, after a patient, long, low roasting.
What a perfect match: peeled roasted chestnus inside a glass of new wine.
This is mt taste of Fall.
Once again: what is your Taste of Fall?
