Cooking is NOT for Elite...

..., it is for everyone.


Louis & Bob came to GiglioCooking seven years ago for the first time.
They took a weekly course on Tuscan Cuisine.
When they started, they were thinking that the cooking would have been tedious.
 I think they decided just because Italy is the Country of Food and you have to so something like that.

Contrarily from their expectation, they discovered that cooking is ...fun. More than that, they discovered that cooking is  DO-ABLE.


Yes: cooking is possibile and it is not that hard thing suitable only for snobby celebrity chefs,something "you don't dare to attempt".


After this first experience of "real cooking" and not just putting things together in a pan, Louis and Bob have been taking cooking lessons in every Country they have been in vacation: Japan, Spain, France......
The first "innocent" five days long course at GiglioCooking infused in them the curiosity about food and the will to learn more.


Finally the ended up at GiglioCooking again. They have just finished the monthly course last week.
