  • Ribollita or Minestrone
  • Chicken hunter style
  • Biscotti with almonds

PASTA MAKING:
  • Tagliatelle with vegetable sauce
  • Ravioli spinach and ricotta with butter and sage sauce
  • Gnocchi with pesto


WEDNESDAY

  • Black risotto
