Hello Marcella-

We wanted to write to thank you again for one of the best memories we had from our trip! Cooking with you was a real treat. It so happens that all of the places that we went to on our visit of Italy, Florence was our favorite. So, I know we will be back to Florence and hopefully back in your kitchen again some day!

I have attached some of the pictures we took, and we are on the hunt for some alligator to send you now!

AND at this actual moment we are resting some pasta dough at our first attempt to make our own! Jeremy went out to get a pasta roller/cutter as soon as we got home! Planning to make your delicious bolognese for our family tonight! We will let you know how it turns out!
